We build 48V lithium iron phosphate systems that drop into a 19-inch rack from 10Ah to 200Ah, report over RS485, and tell you where they are if somebody takes them.

How a site gets specified
We do not quote from a form. Remote-site power has too many local variables to guess at, and a wrong guess becomes a second truck roll.
Rectifier make and float voltage, cabinet or shelter, free rack units, ambient temperature range, and the runtime your operations team actually requires. Fifteen minutes on a call covers it.
You get the model, the rack units it occupies, the weight your structure carries, and the discharge curve for that part number. If lead-acid is the better answer for the site, we will say so — we build both.
We check what is on the floor in Missouri and Texas against what has to be built, and we give you the real date. Your construction schedule is not the place to find out.
What the hardware lets you do
RS485, up to 1,200 m
The pack reports through wiring that already reaches your cabinet aggregation point. No new monitoring platform, no site-specific gateway to maintain.
Built-in GPS tracker and cloud platform
An unmanned site is a target. A battery that reports its own location turns a total loss into a recovery, and it is standard rather than an option.
Built-in fire protection module
Short-circuit and over-temperature conditions are watched inside the pack, alongside BMS overcharge and over-discharge protection. One fewer subsystem for you to integrate and inspect.
Built-in DC/DC with adjustable output (Intelligent Series)
Match an existing plant's float voltage instead of replacing the rectifier to suit the battery. This is what makes a retrofit a swap rather than a project.
1U at 10Ah, 5U at 200Ah, all 442 mm wide
Standard 19-inch mounting across the range. You can scale runtime at a site without re-engineering the rack layout.
17.6 lb to 165 lb per module
Two people and a ladder instead of a lift gate and a battery cart. Tower and rooftop sites have weight limits that lead-acid strings argue with.

The published Standard Series table also lists a 150Ah entry under a repeated part number. We are confirming the correct designation with the factory rather than printing a guess — a 48V 150Ah Standard unit is in production and is the model deployed on the Uzbekistan base-station upgrade below.

The objections, answered
“We already have an approved vendor for this.”
You do, and that is exactly why this conversation should happen now instead of when you need a second source. Qualification takes months. Availability problems take days. Start the paperwork on a low-risk telecom SKU while there is no pressure on it.
“Nobody here has heard of you.”
In the US, that is fair. Globally, Vision has been manufacturing batteries since 1994, is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and won China Mobile's competitive public tender for base-station batteries. The recognition gap is real. The track record is not the thing that is missing.
“Cheap lithium packs are a liability, not a saving.”
Agreed. That is why the cell matters more than the pack price. We manufacture our own LFP cells rather than buying them from whoever quoted lowest this quarter, and we will tell you which cell is in the model you are looking at.
“Support is going to be a time zone away.”

160,000 batteries
Vision won China Mobile's competitive public tender and has supplied 100,000 CL 2V Series and 60,000 Long-Life FM Series batteries into new and existing base-station power systems. China Mobile reported 1.0 billion mobile customers as of 30 June 2024.
48V 150Ah, in parallel
A national telecom operator converted base stations from lead-acid to lithium using multiple parallel V-LFP 48V 150Ah units, with GPS tracking and cloud management specified against battery theft.
Remote-site power
A national telecom power supply deployment. Ask us for the project detail — the conditions at these sites are closer to a rural US cell site than a data center is.
“Best battery, best team!”
A VRLA string installed in 2021 is at the end of its service life right now. You are going to dispatch a truck to those cabinets this year whether it is on the plan or not — the only open question is what gets installed when the technician is already standing there.
That is the whole argument for looking at this now rather than at renewal. The dispatch is already budgeted. Changing what goes into the cabinet costs one conversation; changing it after the technician leaves costs another truck.

Before you ask us on a call
Ask us for the discharge and cycle-life curves for the exact model you are sizing, and we will send them. We would rather give you the test data for one part number than a round marketing number that covers the whole series. Cycle life moves with depth of discharge, C-rate, and cabinet temperature, and a single figure hides all three.
Yes. The V-LFP 48V Standard Series is deployed in parallel-connected groups today — a telecom operator in Uzbekistan upgraded existing base stations that way, using multiple parallel 48V 150Ah units. Tell us your rectifier make, float voltage, and the number of shelves you have free, and we will confirm the configuration before you order.
The Standard Series uses RS485 for remote monitoring and control, with data transmission up to 1,200 meters without significant signal loss. That reaches the shelter or cabinet aggregation point at most sites, so the battery reports through infrastructure you already have.
The Standard Series includes a built-in GPS tracker tied into a cloud management platform. It was specified for exactly this reason on the Uzbekistan base-station upgrade. Copper and battery theft at unmanned sites is a real operating cost, and a battery that reports its own location changes the math.
The Standard Series pack includes a built-in fire protection module that monitors for short-circuit and overheating conditions, alongside BMS overcharge, over-discharge, and over-temperature protection. Local code still governs the room or cabinet — bring us your AHJ requirements and we will tell you plainly what the pack does and does not satisfy.
