Consultation
Thirty minutes with an engineer, not a sales call.
Most battery conversations start with a part number and end in a spreadsheet nobody trusts. This one starts with what the system has to survive.
You will leave the call with sizing in your units, the certification position for the specific model and revision, and a lead time we are prepared to put in writing. Including the parts where the answer is no.

What makes the first reply useful
Six lines in the message box save a week of back-and-forth.
None of these are required. Each one you include moves the first reply from a question back to you toward an actual answer.
- 01
The load and the runtime
Continuous and peak draw, how long it has to hold, and how often it cycles. This alone eliminates most of the range and points at one family.
- 02
The envelope and the environment
Rack opening or floor area, door height, floor loading, and the real ambient temperature — not the design ambient. Warm rooms change the sizing and the life.
- 03
The jurisdiction and the date
Your AHJ and insurer determine which listing has to exist by name. Your target date determines whether the commercial route works at all. Both are better known now than later.
What you will not get
The reason this page exists is that the alternative wastes your quarter.
- No automated nurture sequence before a human reads what you wrote.
- No cycle-life figure without the depth of discharge, C-rate and temperature it was measured at.
- No “certified” without a model, a revision, and a number you can hand to a plan reviewer.
- No lead time offered verbally that we would not put in writing.
- No specification in millimetres only when you design in inches and rack units.
- No claim that we can supply your territory before we have checked that we can.

Questions
Before you send it.
Who actually replies?
An applications engineer, within one business day. Not an automated sequence and not a business-development representative reading from a script. If it is urgent, call (417) 625-4842 instead — Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 Central — because that reaches the same people faster than a form does.
What should I have ready?
Whatever you have. Ideally: the load or duty cycle, the runtime, the voltage, the ambient temperature range, the physical space, the jurisdiction, and your target date. If you only have two of those, send two — we will tell you which of the missing ones actually change the answer.
Will you tell me if I should buy from someone else?
Yes, and we would rather do it in the first call than in month four. There are programs where a domestic cell is the right answer, applications where our range does not fit, and territories where we cannot support you properly. Saying so costs us one order and earns the next three.
Is this a quote?
The consultation is not a quote and does not commit you to anything. A quote comes after we agree what the system actually has to do, because a number produced before that is a guess with a decimal point on it.
